As a Realtor in the Hudson Valley, I really think that
Saugerties is one of the hottest and strongest markets right now. Homes in Saugerties seem to sell much faster
than other Hudson Valley towns, (median days on the market in Saugerties this
past year was 146 days). Living here in
the Catskills for 13 years now, I have really seen Saugerties change a lot and
FAST!

really cool spots in Saugerties and being Jimmy Fallon’s childhood home. A client of mine who is a big fan of Jimmy
Fallon bought his childhood home on Overbaugh Street, (really cool seeing the
sellers name “FALLON” on the listing)!
