Remember the older virtual tours that pretty much were just a zoom of a photo, or a 360 pan around the room from it's center? Well, there is a whole new technology with virtual tours and clients are loving them! I have been working on a site called, "Animoto". It's a smart site, and I can do so much on it for clients. A buyer could call me and say, "hey, Tim, I'd like more of the kitchen". I just get to the house, film some things, and edit it into the site before sending it to the client.
