I just returned from a long weekend wedding in Tampa and had a blast! Best friends oldest son Casey married college girlfriend Brittney. The entire weekend made everyone realize how life changes, whole people and things do also. We were taken on their boat to a remote island in the middle of the Ocean. All I kept thinking was, “the oil is coming to destroy this paradise” and I was filled with gratitude for being able to see everything as it is right now. After eating and drinking too much, it was so great to return home to the Hudson Valley far from the oil, and have an amazing meal at my favorite “Riccardi’s Hideaway”! Gratitude filled weekend.
