For some reason, I blogged about this the other day and now I don't see it on my page, (tech glitch).
I really have had the feeling I am way more busy this year than the same time last year and so I went on the MLS to check. Sure enough, the local market in the Hudson Valley IS moving more than last year! Different types of properties are moving, (higher end listings).
Here is what my Broker Joan Lonergan has to say, (after all she is running the NUMBER ONE Real Estate agency right now)!
